Not nearly as nice as some of the builds in this thread but here goes. May 2019 and May 2021.

Bought this truck last August. Here are the main things I've done to it:

-Replaced butchered metal dash
-Modified wiring harness for full gauge cluster
-Installed tach kit
-Reupholstered seat, new carpet, shoulder belts
-Power brake booster
-Front disc conversion kit
-Rebuilt front and rear suspension, new body mounts
-Vortec heads & new camshaft
-Replaced grille, driver side front fender, door and bed fender (had them painted by a local body shop)
-Rebuilt vent windows, replaced window & door seals
-New bed wood
-Rebuilt and installed a 700R4 transmission - just drove it for the first time today - need to finish TCC lockup wiring

It's still not "done", but it is getting close. Next will be a new exhaust system, limited slip diff and Vintage Air.

Bought the truck in 2010 and immediately tore it all apart and down to the frame. Not one original rivet left.....

Bought 67 as a roller in August 2020
Converted to a SWB
Installed 5.3l with 4L80
4.5/5 static drop w/ front disc
Still have lots to do!
Been a fun roller coaster ride!

68 Stepside right after being picked up. Doesn't look too bad in first photo, but had a lot of rust issues (cab corners, etc.) A lot of previous owner cobbled together parts and "fixes". If I only knew then, what I know now...

2nd photo. Several years (and many dollars) later, as a Conservation Forestry truck. A total rebuild from the frame up. 90% of the work done myself - but outsourced the paint!

Been a little more progress in five months but still nowhere near what others have done. Love to see what others have been getting done.

It was a driver when I bought it, over ten years ago. I did the interior, cleaned up engine compartment and buffed the paint, just painted it recently.

Very nice truck. Are those 255/85 R16 tires? I really like the way your truck sits, a lot of work and it shows nice job.

Not much lowered and brought the paint back to the original patina 3" /4" drop . Truck had a step lower than an Earl Schieb special basically was able to peel off the repaint to the original . Now I’m debating on rebuilding the 327 drop a 402 in it or LS it

I didn't know you sold it. I'm sorry to see it go, but you still have a great variety in the Blazer, Suburban, and '35 Pickup

I never posted mine in this thread because every time I see it I think how it has gone the "other way". My '72 K2500 looked way better when I bought it in '01 than it does now. I've done a lot of mechanical improvements but it's cosmetic restoration is still in the future.
