A local lady bought it new at the local dealer. I knew her but had no idea she had that truck. 77,000 miles. I bought it at her estate sale Saturday. I got the original title from 1972. The dealer is still in business here.

Larry, great to meet you Friday at the show. I love this build, and the truck you had at the Nationals. Did you go to Bowling Green in August in the 55?

I didn't go to Bowling Green. We are building a house and that has eaten into my time. I'm going to try to make some shows local.

It was great to meet up at the show. See you next year.

Great idea! Let's knock this one out and get that new build thread cooking...pre-subbed.

I laid the windshield seal on the bench yesterday and started polishing the trim. We may get a windshield soon.

Larry...this truck is so well done, and every milestone an accomplishment...but gosh darn it, the installation of the windshield with trim may be the hardest thing to do on these trucks. Gotta be downhill from here. Looking great. Here's to ya :alc:
