Both are a stunner against black, good choice!

Figuring out my gas tank and support. Figured why reinvent the wheel. Took an old transfer case xmember and flip it upside down. It will clear the diff that way and give me something to bolt the tank to. It will also be something to hide airlines or fuel lines if need be.

Re: Project: 1972 K30 Crew Cab Duramax
great idea on the xmember.

Re: Project: 1972 K30 Crew Cab Duramax

Well, still plugging away. Got the passenger almost buttoned up and have the bed lowered. Body lines are really close to being on. Some minor finesse and it should be there. Going to the salvage yard this weekend, and hope to get a bedside filler while up there.

Finally got an evening to work on her. Got my rockers mated and gaps finalized on passenger side. Switched out my third door yet again for one that wasn't tweaked. Couple hours of plug welding and finalizing the door frame shape on this newest 3rd door and the passenger side will be done!
