It's that time again. Time to wrangle leaves. Ugh I really dislike getting leaves up. Takes too long. Hehehehe. I really hope to get some more stuff posted up soon. Take care.

This one is really going to be neat. It is a 41 I think. The dude joedoh has been building some really cool stuff. Lots of info and lots of progress and updates. He keeps things rolling and is really frugal. Check it out.

Just checking back in. Progress is slow on mine at best. But she has a little bit of color. After it warms up she will get the final blocking and paint finished. Then the slow process of putting her back together begins.

For those of you going through the threads I have posted up over the year or two please note they may be old or no longer active. To that enjoy them as I have and you never know when somebody comes back to the fold. People come and go on these threads very fast but there are a ton of guys and gals who have been on here forever. As always I invite you to post links to your builds. Pics are welcome as well. Thanks again for checking in and keeping me sane.

It just feels so right seeing different type of people, almost all strangers to each other, working together. This is what cars positively do to people. Cheers!

Re: Low Buck Build Threads Help or LBBTH

I have to be honest. I'm not drawn to just one year or certain years of trucks. I like them all. I like trucks. Give me a truck from any of the years and I'll be happy. So when I see a cool build that fits in with this thread. I'm on it. I want to see the different builds and build styles. So post them up and keep them coming. I'll still be searching. Thanks again for all the support!

Got my 6 inch body drop welded in place now. Thought I would drop you a pic or two. I will be moving towards making the front end a roller this weekend coming up and starting the trailing arms install.

You are welcome. Like your thread, not a high dollar part in sight. A CPP raised crossmember is the only part I have sourced so far (not counting my motor and transmission I just got last Monday).

More that anything I didn't see (in my minds eye) why it would not work on the cheap.
