Hadn't finished the heater yet. Was going to be a winter project. I just looped the inside hose from the inlet right back to the outlet. Firewall fittings are a -10AN male bulkhead to a 1/2 NPT female fitting. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/aer-fbm2823/overview/ ....then threaded in a 1/2 NPT nipple into it on the interior side. |

12/10/22 Back from the dead update
Life happens. Got divorced. Got remarried. Kids are in high school now. K5 got mothballed for a couple of years here and there. Driven it here and there, put it in a few shows. FINALLY have time, and $$, to make progress on it. Big things planned over the next year have been put in motion. Here's how the K5 sits today: https://ck5.com/forums/media/4.42152/full My son and I spent some time in PHX hatching an evil plan with Dan Hogan https://ck5.com/forums/media/2.42151/full Meanwhile... If you followed the body mount post, it led to a discussion with Art Morrison about this... https://ck5.com/forums/media/5resize.42153/full AND.... here's where we're going with it all... https://ck5.com/forums/media/4-resize.42154/full Stay tuned.... |
