So were medium duty tow trucks not allowed in NYC ?????

no near as easy to get moved around in all the smaller area's of a city i would think . and then gvw rules and possible cdl lic rules . they were there but not near as much as the smaller stuff .

Ok, just wondered because I never saw that many pickup based tow trucks in real life.
