So my latest project (69 scout) is about to leave my garage for the summer since its so hot and the 52 Chevy is coming back for the A/C install, receiver hitch install, clear coat and bed wood. Updates should be coming soon.

Those wheels look like the E-T torque thrust style wheels I ran when my truck was together. Same center spinners and all...well, the top was broken off of one spinner.

Thanks!!! Waiting on parts. I am thinking its going to get an LS swap next winter after I get all the suspension and wiring bugs worked out. I haven't seen any pictures of your new project. Would love to see it. I feel like every one you do it gets better and better.

Nice truck! So hows the one-piece door glass working out? Who makes the kit? Easy install?

They are working pretty good. I have had to re-glue the seal on the outside a few times. I used the ones from https://www.classictruckglass.com/. There support was helpful as well. They called me right back.

I was never really happy with the gas pedal placement and where the brake ended up being. I fixed these both this past week. I added 3" to the brake pedal and I used a 2001 S10 gas pedal and added some material and put it where I want it with a torch. It works 100 times better. I am going to finish installing all the ac vents and replace the compressor then ship it off to have the A/C finished.

happy 4 year anniversary of starting your project, and two year anniversary of having it done and driving. ever heard that a picture is worth a thousand words? a driving truck is worth more!

shoveling sh!t! no really, pic attached! we got a rental and then two more. and another property in the same neighborhood that will eventually be joedoh estates. its a metric ton of work but will be lucrative when we get everything fixed (hasnt happened yet)

I am working on 41-46 chevy mounts, almost done. I made a couple BIG changes to the 47-55.1 kits, still waiting for first articles. ford F1 kits next. I have a 54 I will start a project thread on when i get first articles of the new kit changes.

thanks for asking!

Definitely a project of a different caliber. Next item on the list is my cruise control.

Who made the cruise control? I got mine from Dakota Digital, it's installed, and I can't wait to try it.

Rostra is the brand on the box. Same as the one that Dakota Digital sells. I bought mine at the thecruisecontrolstore.com

Wondering if anyone has an extra set of the rope tie downs for the bed? Cool original ones would better. Otherwise I guess I will make some.

Well better late than never.. ha ha. Plus it has a heater too. It will be hot till end of Sept. Last October was even hot. On 9/6/2021 it was 105 degrees. What are you doing in Phoenix?
