Nice trucks!! Here are two of mine,

I have a 68 GMC 3500 that has a dually rearend, and the truck has been shortened to a shortbed. I want to make it look like your black truck. Currently my truck has a standard set of "western" wheels on it. I want a set of Alcoa's. Does your truck have an adapter/spacer on the front drums?

No spacers or adapters. I changed the 1/2" lug studs to 9/16" and they bolt on just fine

Jo Daddy, I'm just curious, what are "Western" wheels?
Thanx

Awesome thread.

Here's a project I have recently started. I call him "Homer". (former motorhome)

I know that chassis, it's an Open Road motor home chassis. Did it come with a 327 SB and a Turbo 400 trans? I got two of them, one with the pass thru and the other has a solid cab. the two will one day be one as soon as it stays above -5 degrees, wish I was in AZ. instead of Ohio! :metal:

Yep it was an open road, 327 with a turbo 400. Pass through cab. I have a donor cab I am going to clip the roof and back off of and graft onto mine. My thought is to clip the a pillar near the roof and then the door pillar near the bottom where it will not take too much body work or at least it will not be right in your face.
Let's see some pics of those bad boys right here on this thread. The more the merrier. I need the inspiration fellas.

Dangggggggggggggggggggggggggg. That sucker is sweet. I will be showing this one to my buddy. He has a 66 forest service dump truck called Boreguard.
His dream is to one day have it looking like yours.
Any pics of the interior?
