I say one more thing you should do is to shave the rear steps on the sportside bed.

Some time off can help. Or if you are just totally burned out on it put it together and sell it and start something new. I think most all of us experience the same feelings at some time or another.

If it's any help (for motivation, I mean), this project is one of my favorites on the whole board. The money shots of your truck with the 12" Bonspeeds on the back...that's just sexy. What do you lack on it?

just keep chipping away at it bonspeed it should finish at one time if you at least do a wire at the time , hearing the engine run and doing the vroom vroom thing in the garage works too

Wow, even with zero motivation, I'd say you've come a long way with this project. Lookin' good. Just reminds me I need money for my truck, something I lack due to my inability to find a job because this economy's in the crapper.

Hey I just read your whole thread on the truck. You have done an amazing job on it. I am doing something very similar. My truck is a 1998 chevy c1500 extended can that we put a carbed 383 stroker in and basically did everything you have done except for the narrowed rear end, and the manual trans. Would you happen to have pictures of the panels you made for the engine bay because I am trying to get some ideas for my engine bay
