Advertised as a 1972 C20 4x4. Assuming its a real K20 it might be a nice starting point for someone.

I have been resisting going to look at this truck! It is only 30 minutes from me. Did I see tow hooks on the front??

I went and looked at this truck today, It is all there pretty much, cab is rough.
It would be a good candidate for a cab swap in my opinion, it has a sunroof cut into the roof. The box is solid, grill is patched up, bumpers ok, engine is there, owner says it runs with gas poured in carb. There is a transfer case in the cab, also one in place. The rear driveshaft is in the bed, front is in place. Under the blanket seat cover is a black and white hounds-tooth seat. The Owner seems to be a straight shooter, I spent some time looking at his other projects, he has an El Camino for sale too, and said whichever one sells first he will keep the other.
I took a lot of pics, here are a few.

FWIW, I was in comms with the seller also - he shared the SPID and engine pic and then nothing else except written info. He told me typical cab corner rust and a little where the rocker/sill meets the floor. Apparently the rocker and sill were still firmly attached to each other, just not on the truck.. Thank you very much for the pics! Personally, the sunroof killed it for me when I finally noticed it. At least he chopped a sunroof sized hole in the parchment headliner to accommodate it :c2:

I have to agree, gotta really want this truck to be willing to make it through the headache it will be. The paint combo IS stunning, especially with a parchment interior, but it is way rough overall. Price is probably fair though, he's not asking much.

That black and white Super didn't even have power steering

The rockers are gone, floor is soft, cab supports are rotted and filled with foam. Doors have double speaker holes hacked in. both front fenders are bad. I suspect the box is not original to the truck. It is solid and straight.

That truck looks like it has lived a hard life. What a bummer it was probably pretty sweet when new.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

That is sure a low option Super that has led a rough life.

The first deluxe paint truck I ever saw in 1971 was a black and white 71 GMC Sierra. That thing was beautiful.

If the frame was in good shape I’d buy it and do a body swap.

Again, too far away :(

Pretty good deal on 4 sandblasted and painted 9.75 x16.5 8 luggers with good 33" tires $500
EDIT: note that it looks like they only have inny nubs, not outys that would hold a cap...

Not what I would want. Never seen an antenna mounted to the side of a cab before.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

That later model bed fits on there pretty good. I've not seen a fleet side done that way, usually only the step side beds are retro-fitted to our trucks.

BTW, I've got my electric antenna installed on the passenger side about where the original driver side fuel filler was located! Works like a champ!

Well I bought my latest truck off Craigslist just about three weeks ago. She is rough but the motor is original and sounded good. Since then I have had a tune -up done, removed the old Q-jet and installed one of the brand new AVS2 Edelbrock carbs, replaced the front brakes and drums and I have a hand full of other parts just waiting to be installed. I hope that by the end of next week I will be driving it everyday to work.
