Hi, I'm new to the forum and I bought the #3781 '72. It was being sold as a Super, but it's a Custom with the right cab options - factory A/C, tach, cargo/cab lights, etc. Someone dropped a small block 400 in it ahead of the THM350. Most things work, the A/C is in pieces (but he had them all) the gauges, etc. seem to function - still sorting it out. He threw in an extra bed w/ saddle tanks. Tailgate's a goner and typical rust in the right front fender tails but the cab's solid - rockers, A pillars, etc. I've got a project :)

Welcome to the board! If you have any questions, this is where the PROS hang out! And they have no problem answering all of your questions. Nice truck to start with!

69 C20 $2500 (not a custom camper as listed, not sure if it comes with the camper?), sure looks like a good deal if it does (or even if it doesn't)

I was thinkin the same thing Pete - or perhaps a donor fender from a 69-70 4x4. But odds are it's a J! (EDIT: or someone just got drill-happy.. it's not centered very well)

Power comes from a 1989 model year 350ci V8 that is paired with a same-year 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission. The seller notes that the engine and transmission were rebuilt prior to being installed, and the driveline received an upgraded transfer case at the same time.

I just saw this alert on Craigslist for a stolen truck in Ohio. I felt it was worth sharing.

I just assume the added shipping cost from WA or OR + the asking price of anything, because that's about the only place I can find what I like! Ha.

Full set K20 PO3 caps (+) 3x 8 lug wheels (+) spare carrier: $250 (or offer...)(ebay).
Caps looks pretty nice, good deal if you need the wheels too or just want a couple spares - I grab originals when I can, but these just aren't close enough! :(
I'd want to see what the unshown part of the caps look like first though.

That leads me to an interesting question. What is the best part of the country to look for a truck? Ive been looking in the southwest. Arizona, New Mexico, and SoCal. I never considered the northwest
