Thanks Gerry,
Yeah it was chilly for sure. Like any dessert climate, the precipitation was not as much as it was cold. It was well below freezing just not as much snow. This pic was taken before the LS swap so mountain elevation and freezing cold I was a little nervous about this valley truck starting up to get home. All went well except I was missing the heater core I deleted:lol:

OK, here you go. My K20 before restoration when it was a real truck. Now it hides in the garage whenever it flurries.

In mid -October 2020 was planning on putting it in storage that day but woke in the morning to find it covered in snow. Was melted off by mid afternoon when she went into Winter storage.

Never thought I'd ever see that sight, Greg. I bet the truck didn't mind a bit

I know it’s a square but the others don’t move to well in snow

Pics from the awesome gift of my sister in law. Spent countless hours digitizing thousands of my dearly missed mothers slides.

My dad's 68 C10 at my Grandparents house. Think it was the last year he had it and got the K10 new in 72

Second pic is the 72 K10 with his plow, pic taken 74 I believe. Shell is off of the 68. Wish I still had that truck.

Great pics from an awesome childhood.

Here is a shot from my work parking lot about 10 years ago when I daily drove it for a full calendar year. Never again though. Luckily not a lot of snow that year which is fairly typical for the area. Somewhere there is a Polaroid of this truck with my Grandpa and Great Uncle (original owner) at Lake Tahoe, all chained up in snow. Would love to run across that...
