Nice work on getting the paint off the dash.
Don't hurt yourself on moving things around. (it has a tendency to slow things down a lot)

When you going to get paint on your dash?

Thanks Bomp didn't get as much done as I would have liked to this weekend but had some nice family time which is just as good though. I still need to finish smoothing out the dash and prime everything all up.
Hoping maybe this weekend I can get it all shot!:metal:

Well I went out in the garage to get some work done the other night but didn't get as far as u would have liked to:lol: did some major cleaning with my helper then we sanded the inside of the cab a bit....

Then on the way home from work Friday we hit the local car show before dinner. Had some dels to cool us down it was hot!

And a little progress. Got my rear inside wall and front pillers all primed up and started to smooth out the dash, just a bit more on the dash and ill prime that up and I can get some color shot in the near future. Tried to get it done this weekend but had minimal truck time:lol:

Thanks clemdaddy! She learns quick like her daddy! Everyday when we get home she wants to go work out in the garage with me:lol:
Funny you mention just clearing the dash....thought has crossed my mind but I'm going to paint it up.

Thanks man. That's actually just some etch primer I threw down to prevent rust while I concentrated on certain areas in the cab. Been kinda soggy here these days. I had just made an update and it timed out on me and signed me out. Doh

Re: project bagged 63 c10

Ok so a small update...
One of my best friends came down for a visit and to see my progress on my build. He helped me scrub the truck down and take the bed off when I first got the truck here to Rhode Island. The expression on his face when he walked into the garage and seen old smokey sitting there on the ground....that alone has been worth all work I've done so far! Then I uncovered the frame and he was amazed:metal: So we aired it up pushed it outside and threw the hood on for a few decent pics...let my little one drive again....she is a trooper, she can hang out in the garage all day with me.

Re: project bagged 63 c10

Ok so as mentioned before I check out every new post in the projects and builds....I'm barely learning about other areas on this site.
So I saw the great work shortbed70 is doing on the big red dog truck. so I got motivated and went to town. there were some little dings that would have driven me nuts being an autobody guy and did some more smoothing and drilling and cutting and sanding and a final primer sealer and this is what I came up with so far need to do a final trim once I test fit the tv again....
