Thanks for the info! Do you have any pics at ride height? Also did you use a lower bag plate on top of the 2 link bar?

Re: 1 Owner 1976 SWB

I will have to get some ride height pics. It's just slightly lower than it was with the static drop. I just bolted the bags thru the link bars the way Ekstensive does with their kit. I did not add a plate, I've never known anyone to have issues with their kit so I didn't mess with their design.

Bumpers are on the list to do in the future (or when I do a full rebuild on the truck down the road).
The bumpers are the original bumpers & are straight but could use some new chrome & I'd probably shave them at that point & then suck the bumpers in a little too.

The rear set up is done using Ekstensive's 2 link bars & upper bag brackets.

What does a 2 link give you that an AOL setup wouldn't do?

I think the results of an AOL or 2 link set up would be similar.
I know they both get trash talked on a lot but I've had good results with Ekstensives 2 links in the rear. I went with the 2 link because I like the simplicity of the looks & the design & also worked well with my K5 Blazer gas tank & keeping my bed floor uncut. A lot of people go with the AOL set ups because its fairly easy install & also generally cheaper than buying a 2 link set up.

Nope. I didn't want to cut the bed floor, inner fenders, or fenders on this truck since its a 1 owner all original sheet metal truck.

I'm pleased with the stance. Its not the lowest but I think the stance fits the style of the truck.

Re: 1 Owner 1976 SWB

That's what I'm leaning towards too. Had I don't it before I lined my bed I would've raised the floor or cut it. I understand your reasoning though. Isn't yours now a 2nd owner ✌?
