If the truck runs and stops (link missing from the original post, so can’t tell) any one of hundreds of freight brokers can get it to you. The one I use is www.hjmshipping.com. Cost can be anywhere from a few h7ndred for short distances to $1500 for coast to coast.

I've been looking at that brush guard everyday this week, wondering if it would look good on the K20? Does anyone know the manufacturer of this one? I'm sure its not the factory one...

503 green 68 short wide $8000. Not mine.

https://portland.craigslist.org/clk/...921817149.html

have a 68 C-10 Factory Short Wide Box Chevy pickup (not cut up long box). The body is in great shape but the cab will need some work. like any other c10 out there the rockers will need to be replaced but it didn't bother me, they still can hold weight. Part of the panels are covered with license plates what the previous owner did to it. I have a rubber mat that covers it.

I have stripped all the mismatching paint and covered it with Eastwood primer.
The truck has all new front and rear suspension parts including spindles, upper and lower bar joints, control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, new springs all around for a 3-5 drop. New Flowmasters and duel exhaust right before the axle. New 5 lug disk brake conversion with all new lines. Brand new wheels, front and back tires which are 295 wide rears. The rear end is a rebuilt 8.8 3.73 posi and new brakes. Brakes are all new and work. new front and rear bumpers, and a decent bench seat. Speedometer works, and the oil pressure I have hooked up. The only thing I did not hook up is the engine temp, I did't have the clip but the wire is ready to plug in when or if you get one. it will also need an overflow tank for the radiator, Comes with extra hood and fenders. The bed will also need some work as picture show but maybe switching it to a wood bed might be the right idea or...you can cover it. I bought a brand new tailgate for it so the bed looks good.

With a 350 small block, 4 bolt main, (have pictures to prove it) a 700R4 Transmission that had been rebuilt new oil pump and 2nd gear band. Goes through gears very smoothly. Could be really fun to drive this summer.
I have glass for windows as well as extra glass for rear window non-sliding.

This vehicle is not registered with no license plates, so either bring a trailer or drive at your own risk.

I bought to many projects and this is up on the chopping block. But if there will be no offers I will keep on fixing it (Which price will go up accordingly).

Clean title in hand. Offers only in person please.

My email is in the contact info please only potential buyers and I dont need help with postings. leave your name and number and I will call you as soon as I read it. Or CALL
360-55three-978seven

Thanks for reading,
Travis.

Jacko these are my weakness. But the price is too rich for my blood. But it's most likely worth the asking price

If it were a 7 or 8 I'd be tempted

Agree, I really like swb K10 steppers. I'd have to lose the lift and get back to skinny wheels, but that's just me. This one is very nice, but priced that way to (and fairly I believe too).

I can only assume from your posts and your name that you sell bedwood. That’s great but you’ll need to become a vendor here to do so. Please contact the site owner Josh to set up an account. Thank you!

Not my tranny but it looks interesting. I have never heard of one these. (Not that that means anything )

https://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/p...929681217.html

This is for an NP440 transmission that I recently rebuilt. Price is firm. This is a rare transmission used in some chevy trucks during the 80s. The chevy RPO code for this transmission is MY6. This is a chevy 4 speed with 4th gear being overdrive. There were two options for this transmission 4wd and 2wd. The 4wd transmissions got the cast iron case while the 2wd transmissions got an aluminum case. I took a 4wd case and converted it to 2wd with an aluminum tailshaft and 2wd mainshaft. This is the strongest way this transmission can be built in 2wd. I already have one of these in my car and I do not need this one. This transmission has a 27 spline output shaft tooth count and you can use a TH350 transmission crossmember to mount this transmission. This transmission uses a hybrid chevy chrysler bellhousing bolt pattern. This comes with the correct bellhousing. It also comes with a bellhousing to block spacer if you want to use a hydraulic throwout bearing. This transmission has almost the same gear ratios as a 700R4 transmission. If you want to keep a manual transmission and give your hotrod/truck overdrive that is decently strong and will not break the bank here is your chance.

NP440 Gear Ratios:
1st: 3.09
2nd: 1.67
3rd: 1.00
4th: 0.73

Input Shaft Spline: 10 Spline
Output Shaft Spline: 27 Spline
Flywheel Diameter: 11 inch flywheel will fit
Clutch Size: 11 inch clutch will fit
Speedometer Drive Gear: 17 Tooth Red Gear (Part #8640517)

Comes With:
NP440 Cast Iron Case 2wd Mainshaft and Tailshaft
NP440 Bellhousing Manual Clutch Style
Factory Hurst 4 Speed Shifter
Bellhousing to Block Spacer 1/4inch (ICB-551820-250)
Extra: 4wd mainshaft
Extra: 4wd Tailshaft
Extra: 4wd Rear Bearing Retainer

Needs:
Speedometer Housing (TH400 Will Work)
Reverse Switch
Shifter Arms
You will need to make custom shifter linkage
One of the shifter cover bolts broke off in the case it may need to be extracted at some point

I've ran several of these Chevy A833/MY6 transmissions over the years. I currently have one in my 57 Vette and a spare in my garage, that may go in my 67 C10. They are the same length as a passenger car Muncie and use a TH350/M20/M21 yolk. They come with a hurst shifter. They're a decent tranny, shift OK, but not like a Muncie. $1000 seems high, but if you have a short tail shaft TH350, or a M20/M21, it will bolt right in. The bearing retainer is the larger truck size, but can be turned down to fit a passenger car bell housing.

The quotes are warranted... Very good lookin truck, but certainly not what it appears at first glance. It's certainly not white and medium blue and the SPID is from a 71 C20 Longhorn... But, at least the seller posted a picture of it, so there you go - just know what you're gettin into, that's all. It is a sharp truck. I wonder what the VIN is :)

Chevy used them in limited numbers from 82-87; sometimes referred to as the 4 spd side shift or something like that, opposed to the top shift 4 spd. The Chevy ones have two bell housing bolt patterns. One will bolt to a regular Chevy truck bellhousing. This can be used with a passenger car bell housing if you turn down the bearing retainer. The other bolt pattern requires its own unique bellhousing.

Out here a canopy is just the small, mostly light weight shell that goes over a bed to keep the weather out and give you ample storage room. Ive seen them called toppers too. If you say camper out here it means a large over the cab version with living and sleeping areas.

Joe,

I was a little skeptical of the condition and asked the owner to send a few photos of the grille/surround rivets. A replaced grille would have been a deal killer for me. Here's a few of the pics, glad to see the original grille and finish. Definitely garaged!
