Got most of it mocked up and ready to go. Ran down to my buddies shop and sneered out all the metal I need for the floors. All these pieces will be hinged for storage compartments or access to the air ride stuff.

Haven't made much progress. Been busy working on other things. It's been raining a lot hear lately and even though my truck is inside it makes me less motivated. Here is a drawing of what I was thinking about doing bead roll wise. Some of my friends said it looks too busy. The cross in the middle won't be bead rolled, it was just there for reference and then wouldn't erase. Feel free to way in.

Decided to take it for a drive to run some errands yesterday. Pretty bad when your crazy modded truck drives better than your DD. lol. Maybe it's about time to switch up which ones the DD. Big bus little bus.

I kind of agree. It does look good, but a little too busy, at least for my tastes. Work looks great though.:metal:

The center looks good but too many lines on the side panels

Thanks for the input and I agree with what you all said. I started working on the wheel arches for the rear. Think I need to redo the panel though and make the lines come out. Notice I made the side lines flow into the panel and fade out. That'll be behind a seat and nobody will ever see it. Oh well.

Drove the truck to a drive in movie with some of my hood rat friends and their old cars. Was pretty cool.

Decided I needed to redo the front of the wheel arch panel to make it go with more of the truck. Then I worked on the rest of the wheel arch. Hopefully now less rocks will hit me when I drive. Lol

Also got the rear of the tub done. Think it turned out good. Finally starting to learn this machine better. Decided to just do 3 lines to keep it simple and not too busy and also it works out since the truck is a 63.

Almost got all of the passenger side done today. Got side tracked a few times otherwise it would have been done. On another note, I figured out the old am/fm radio that's all cobbled into the dash works. With wheel arches I might even be able to hear it. Lol

Some days I don't want to work on it. It makes it easy being a teacher with almost 3 months off and nowhere to be. Lol.

Finished up the passenger wheel arch. Started working on some odds and ends. Needed a little break from floor work. Continue with that tomorrow.

Wow that takes shap rather quickly! Love it that you have all the airride stuff build underneath the notch!!

Thank you sir. It's going to be hinged so I have access to it but I wanted it hidden. It sits too low to put most tanks anywhere else. Might have been able to get a long skinny one on a side rail.

Worked in the top of the tranny tunnel today. Had to factor cup holders in because a truck without one is annoying.

Amazing what bead rolling will do for strength and also appearance. I decided to completely remake the left panel but here's a comparison pic anyways.

And here's how it turned out. Not too hateful. Need to be sponsored by Dewalt flap wheels...... Forgot how bad Miller Lite tasted.
