Here's Homer's SPID. Got an error though. Calls out a 133" wheelbase and it's definitely a 155" with an additional 18" sliver installed by the coachbuilder.

Just curious because I talked to the PO about a year after I bought it for the first time (he had a 3rd party sell it for him) and he thought the frame had been swapped in the process but I think he was confused.

Never saw the Model = before so I question it. But I am no expert, ask Bruceman!

Looks good to me. Format and options are all correct for the model. 250/3OTT short fleetside. Where it curled up you can see the original dark blue paint too.

If there is a question, as always, check the VIN plate against the SPID and the frame numbers (2A114985). Of course the rivets on the plate need to be rosetts.

" = " is very common on SPIDs.

Thanks for the response. I was hopeful but with the spacing differences and the "=" I was just curious. After replacing the body mounts I thought it was right but man you just never know. This truck is definitely not 100% original.

It's an air cleaner element with an additional closed cell material wrap; to function as a "heavy duty" air cleaner option.

I believe it was foam wrapped around the air filter element but I don't know for sure. I've been trying to find out myself.

Yes, it is.

I guess I didn't explain that very well.
