Hey 68_Quad.... If you happen know where a '64-'65 Tempest/Lemans/GTO drivers side door might be on your side of Idaho, would you let me know? I've been on a hunt for one and haven't had any luck.

My sister lives in IF so picking it up would be pretty easy.

You are one lucky mofo!!! Great work! And as stated before, 65 has got to be the best year Goat. Slimmer like the 64 but stacked headlights like the 66-67.

its an industrial black paint... that you can pic up at Cal Ranch stores it is really tough and holds up against the elements very well... it works perfect for cars that are built to drive and enjoy :lol:

acrylic enamel.... it comes in gloss - satin - and flat

where are you at on this? Its been a while. I got a 65 conv. thats been sitting in the shed for almost 18 yrs.awaiting its turn.

well I have gotten the chassis all built now and have some patching done on the body of the car done I will get pics posted soon

Yeah this and a 1965 VW Bus if you guys like VW's i can post a build thread... it is only the metal work no body work and paint but its almost done now so it can be painted.
