well i got the rad. support painted and the hood hinges painted, and had to fix the heater box because i had it on a hook were i painted it and it fell and knocked out a quarter size hole in it:dohh:

it was a new panel so i just scuff it up but on old stuff i sand it and use there brown primer

well got the new seals in the heater box, and installed the fenders, rad.support the rad. support and pass. fender are after market will have to do some hole enlargeing but fits pretty good, maybe later i think me and the wife will cruise down to athens to the big car show:):)

whats that gauge bezel made from? or is it a aftermarket piece. iwas going to use a glove box door but i like the looks of that one much better

it came with the truck i have seen them on classic industries but kinda pricey just plastic

well still didn't get the hood back on :hh: but i did get one small thing done today, started painting the heads on her motor. Well i started painting them a couple weeks ago and i got one painted orange and she told me she wanted her motor a different color so i got it sanded again and such and she got me some paint and...... i also got the headlight adjuster screws put in and the little springs :lol:

started going through the rest of the engine tonight, looks good so far looks like not many miles was on it since it was rebuilt the last time, sorry these are cell phone pics

i don't know any numbers, just the size of the motor itself:lol: it looks like it was rebuilt not so long ago, i will more than likely reuse everything i can, already got heads redone, cam look good so i will reuse it (i have never bought a new cam in my life:lol: the cam in my 71 came out of my buddies 72 when he wanted a bigger cam) we will see what the crank looks like, i will have new bearings and all of course, i think all was wrong with it was the cracked head and it sat for 3 years too so i took it apart just to be safe:blah:
