Repaired the tailgate had rust holes everywhere and painted I like the way it came out keep in mind I spray canned the paint job on this because it is an ongoing project when I am done with all the body work and body replacement it really needs it will get a professional paint job but that will be sometime from now it really needs a lot of new parts. I just made it as solid as possible so it can be driven and have fun with it while repairs are made.

Installed 17" FJ cruiser wheels with 225/70r17 in the front and 295/70r17 in rear had to spread the rear fenders, cut the lips, and bent them over to get the tires to fit the drivers side rear fender needs body work done to it after I found very thick bondo covering up damage

Thanks! I got the porterbuilt crossmember for the trailing arms, CPP tubular trailing arms, and rear sway bar completed today. Started on the disc brakes and power steering have the passenger side disc brakes with drop spindles and new upper and lower control arms mounted up. Also got the drivers side all apart and the power steering quick ratio gear box mounted.

Thanks man I like how it turned out. I actually put those tires on it to bring down my rpms and with some luck on my side the speedo is now correct no more GPS.

Got the disc brakes on, power steering gear box on, and power steering pump installed. While installing the pitman arm it feel and chipped my tooth hurt like hell. Seems like everything I do with the old truck fights me the whole way. But tooth can be fixed and the truck will ride like a new one when I am done. Worth it!

Finished the brake lines today. Bled the system. Same for the power steering. I love the stance with the 2.5" drop spindles and 2" drop springs in the front not sure if I want to leave the 4" drop in the rear or go lower. I like the rake but it is extreme. Pictures to follow tomorrow.
