a week later and i'm exhausted! 2 1/4 with a 2" x over pipe. 31 butt joints. does any body sell duals for our trucks that have been lowered 6" +/-? hope to drop them at the jet coater next week, i'm not doing this again for a long time i hope. little riveting and grinding and the frame and suspension are headed to zink and powder.

media/ da with 80/ epoxy ,everything hood, fenders, doors for the 68, inside and out, top and bottom. $1300. they treat me good, i cant sand it for that!

Re: the soccer mom

That's a good deal including the epoxy. Definitely makes it worth it....and saves a TON of time on the sanding....and knowing what I had in supplies for just my cab (around 140) and time (about 25 hours if you count my brother in law's time) it's money well spent!!!

And you got to work on the exhaust while it was gone to move the project along faster!

Man, you exhaust turned out awesome. Do you have good luck with your exhaust coater? I had a full 4"-5" kit done for a show truck we built and it turned gold and eventually came off. I wasn't too pleased.

had good luck, central ct. coatings in east hartford ct. small/big blocks, they would coat the inside of my custom harley exhaust before i sent them to chrome. no discoloration.

Great fab work as usual.

I love that you are using the rivets and trying to make things look original where possible.
