Yep ,going to leave it a dually .Gunny ,if he wants to look at my old truck I live very near to him .He is welcome at my place anytime .

Its not for sale on here so please disregard my earlier posts about that truck .Gunny ,I know of other possible trucks he might be interested in nearby to him .PM me for info if you like ,dont want to cause trouble here.

I got the truck home and then it started clogging fuel filters so my first priority is to get the fuel system cleaned out .The old truck ran good all the way home and then I believe the sludge in the tank turned loose .Im going to figure out the best place to put an inline filter in and probably replace the fuel pump and get a new sending unit(gas gauge inop) ,already have another gas tank and replace all the fuel line.The truck needs a real good cleaning and the paint needs some wax and polish.The interior is nice ,just dirty ,the carpet is badly faded but may be replaced with a rubber mat later or dyed black.

Thanks Uncle ,for posting those for me .Shannon ,come on over anytime you can catch me ,youre always welcome . N2TRUX ,my plans are to clean it up good ,paint the bed and drive the wheels off of it as my daily driver until my 72 short fleet decides to come home from bodyshop jail.

This truck has become too much fun to drive already ,Im driving it daily and loving every minute of it .Im trying to decide what to do with the bed.Im thinking about cutting the headache rack down and cutting the bed on both sides to just past the tires about 2 ". I put 6 new tires on it ,new gas tank and sending unit ,dyed the carpet and BuddyBuckets black ,all new fuel lines and thats all so far .That funky 5th wheel hitch is coming off soon as well. I named the truck Grumpy after a friend of mine from Michigan ,his wife loved the fact that I named it after him.
