Another idea i'm tossing around is hooking it up to the windshield wash bottle. I'm going with a more modern bottle with a pump built into it. Like I said i'm a long ways away right now. Still welding in the floor.

Did you have to install the larger screws to snug it down, or was it good without them?

I did not (maybe yet). I was going to wait until I got my cap on before making the call but it is very snug as is.
