Mark and Jim, that is so awesome! Mark you do really nice work. Were the upper control arms shorter? Dumb question as they must be to bring camber in.

Like the visor. I have the same one and it's going back on!

To answer the question on the C notch you will probably have to notch it to give yourself room for axle travel. simple to do if you have the tools to do it.
A.K.A. welder grinder etc. go to the scrap yard and pick up a piece of 4" tube 1/8" wall and cut if half to make the C

A.D. thanks for the compliment.. on the upper control arms are shorter. they measure 8" from center of ball joint to the flat of the mounting surface. they are stock car upper arms they are ava. in several lengths as are the lower arms they
were not very good looking hence the reason i cut my own..

This post is of my bed mounting idea.
I will not be using the O.E. components for mounting the reason being i wanted to have a better way of mounting bed to frame and easy to remove. I will use a solid sheet for the wood and dress it with metal ribs.

This is the tube structure I built. I used 1x1 tube and made a frame then made legs coming down to chassis. the feet of the legs are then bolted to the chassis. the bed is then bolted to the frame i built. so if you need to the entire bed can be unbolted and removed with out the frame or keep the bed bolted to the frame and the bed/frame can be unbolted from chassis and removed..
