Yep that is something else I have been thinking about...brakes. Unsure what route Im going to go at this point. I'm going to cam mine too.

Re: How about some pics of 2WD 2DR Tahoe/Yukons

There is 2 options, install a MC from a 2002 suburban or the Wilwood Proportioning Valve. From what i have read, because the 02 trucks use rear disk they put out more pressure giving you better braking. The willwood just delete's the ABS and cleans up the engine bay. But have to re-do your brake lines at the MC. I think it will be the willwood for me. No problems from the people that have been using it.

Re: How about some pics of 2WD 2DR Tahoe/Yukons

Can any of you guys with the factory spare in its correct location show me exactly how it mounts? I need a pic of how the mounting bracket assembly attaches to the wheel. Mine had an aftermarket spare that required a different mounting configuration, but I'm selling those wheels. So I'm trying to put the factory spare back correctly. Thanks for any help!

Saw this one for sale in the car corral at Goodguys Nashville two weekends ago. Has 149k original miles & cloth interior. It was lowered 6/8, with new wheels/tires. Flowmaster exhaust I think, window tint, & nice sound system. It came from California. I spoke with the current owner at length about it. He owns a window tint business in Nashville. It's a pretty clean example & done right. He's got it listed for $9,500 on Craigslist.

I'd say you made positive changes. I like what you've done. Looks clean for sure. Good luck if you try to sell!

It's bagged and he did a 6 lug conversion. The front can be done with LD 3/4 ton rotors. The rear needs new axles. I was planning to do the same swap.

Looks like a couple guys already chimed in. He was a member of fullsizechevy.com. I remember following the build, but that was a good while back.
