Made more progress over the last few days.

Got the rear drum brakes removed and the CPP kit mocked up.

Front end together with the exception of the tie rod ends. I didn't have a drill bit to drill the spindle to accept the bolts and hardware for the rod ends.
Attachment 1336644

Went to Lowe's first thing this morning and got a 5/8" drill bit.
Attachment 1336646

This is before trimming the rack to bring the toe closer to correct. I have trimmed each side a bit but I think more is needed. I'd like to get it on the ground with some weight before I trim any more.

Thanks guys! I'm hoping to keep some momentum but I will be waiting on parts for a bit. I have been on a roller-coaster this weekend with the thought of buying an inner frame structure and a possible swap to bags. I've been wanting the inner structure since I first saw it but the swap for bags came from my younger son. I received trailing arms with spring mounts on them with my kit and my son asked what they were for. When I told him he said, "So we could have bags?" I'm trying my best to stay on track but the T.A.D.D. kicks in and I'm off on a tangent. I have no idea when my parts will be in so it may be a rough week or so! Anyway, I am thankful for a wife who supports my truck habit, for my sons who dig trucks too, and for the truck guys who answer my crazy texts. I'll be praying to the parts gods and waiting for the big brown truck. I love the big brown truck! :metal:

So C/O's may not be in the cards now, huh? Good luck making a decision.

That inner frame structure is a very nice piece, I have been thinking about it for mine as well, and I say switch over to bags ;)

Any progress on the decision? :)

I ordered the upper bag mounts for the front yesterday. Anyone need a set of coilovers?

That was my suspicion as well. You're going to have to change the name of the project when you switch paint colors!

Good luck with this, I change directions every 10 minutes with my Burb Build! Ol Travis over at Pro Performance probably hates me because I have had him price out wheel sets about 15 times now! :D

I think I have a plan that will keep the project name safe and the truck white.

Yep, the key for me will be keeping the parts arriving on-time. I think creation of a spread sheet is in my future, something to keep track of progress and the parts and labor required. :metal:

Nice, I think it is the right choice and you'll be happy with it. Believe me I know a thing or two about changing my mind during a build
