Thanks Ken, Al has been doing an amazing job on the truck. I'm excited and ready to take it out cruising!!

I hear you are thinking of doing a few minor touches to your black truck. What's the plans on it?

Al is very good at what ever he sets his mind to. Hes a great guy to deal with as well.

Yeah, the 77 is getting a few updates. The77_Remix Its starting to get serious.

The front clip is back on and I am loving the way it's looking. Waiting on the 90-91 Suburban gauge cluster and the harness to come in plus the driveshaft still needs to be made. The inner fenders should be getting a new coat of paint soon and button up a few things and I'll be ready to ride.

Thanks man!

Small update for the day, the Hack Shack has the inner fenders painted and the transmission cross member fabricated.

Thanks.

I was able to go by the Hack Shack and check out the truck Saturday. I was in aww every time I received a picture update via text but there's nothing like seeing it in person! Can't wait to get it back...No updates but just wanted to share a picture I put together.

It's been a few days since I've posted here. Received the harness from Modern Vintage Systems and couldn't be more happy. Not sure if all plug and play harnesses come with a check engine light on the OBD plug when running stock gauges but this is a nice touch. The Hack Shack installed the harness and mounted the ecm, trans and fuel pump relay under the driver seat for a super clean install.

While the engine swap was nearing completion I asked Al to go ahead and fix the wobbly steering wheel and install a fire extinguisher behind the seat as well.

Also the truck has passed the "Seal of Approval" for the Hack Shack

Thanks guys, it's ready to pick up I just haven't had the time to go get it yet. Between basketball season starting for my oldest son and being out of town over the weekend. This Friday I should pick it up!

If you want, I can swing by and pick it up for you. I will even offer verified data that the LS swap made big performance gains. :burnout:
