Thanks guys.

Reuben, I still kick myself that I didn't buy your truck!

I'm trying to build the best truck that I can possibly build myself....last time when it was together it just didn't feel 'right'.

I hope that this truck can inspire someone to at least try something outside their comfort zone like Dennis & Glock did for me.

When you are done, you won't be kicking yourself! You are doing a great job. Any progress?

Hey guys; thanks for the kind words!

I'm busy organizing another project, but finally got this truck back in front and some work actually done on it this week.

:smoke: I can guarantee that unless someone has a mig welder and about 100 hours to spare to get it perfect, this is the only place you'll see that hood!

I thought I was finished with it last year, but I still spent a week blocking it right before I primed/sealed it this week.

I picked up a DeVilbis FinishLine gun. Nothing fancy, just a bit better than my first gun.

Coming along slowly:

Put on a cleaned up master cylinder and had two new lines made up to meet the pie proportioning valve.

Gregg's Distributing made them for me to my lengths. I don't know the brand of the hose.

You're doing an amazing job on the truck Gordon! Been following your thread since I saw the first picture on page 1! Total Transformation!

I too have bought a DeVilbis HVLP 2 Gun kit (came with two guns and 3 tips 1.3, 1.5, and 1.8) I can't wait to see how my base coat sprays with this gun! (2K Primer sprayed pretty well with 1.8 tip)

Keep up the good work! And keep taking pics! :metal:

Looking good...again!

Been lurking for a while, very inspirational build for me, I live in the rust belt, so I can relate...
