Not sure on the horn button, but the wheel looks OEM to me. Look on back of one of the spokes near the hub, you should see a number like....

GM Replacement: 335212

The horn cap has a number too if I remember right.

I appreciate it. There is something stamped on the back of the spokes, but I can't make it out. I thought I had a picture of it, but couldn't find it. I'll see if I can get some pictures this evening, or at least look and see if the numbers are there.

I'm guessing the repops do not have the stamp numbers behind the spokes?

I'm guessing that's true or it would show a different ID. The part numbers on original wheels can be faint, especially if caked with 50 years of grime.
