Loosecannonzs I can cut it bigger if need be BUT check out these shots of the other side, the overall is 24 1/2 The angle makes it look bigger but its not. So I shot closer pictures of top and bottom to be sure or not. Your call. I want you to have enough.

Re: Cabs for patch panel cuts

The picture I provided is my actual truck. You see the top area where that chrome trim is? I think there is a seam there or even if not I can hide that area easier. I'm new to body repairs and the piece you have looks alittle short on the top for what I need. Mine is rusted to 1/2" of the top chrome and I would like a patch that goes alittle past that point. From the looks of your piece it would need to be 26" or almost 27" long from where your bottom cut is.

Maybe someone can chime in about this?

Loosecannonzs There isint a seam there but your right it would be a good place to hide one now,No worrys I'll get you a bigger one.Better to much than not enough. I always say you can cut something too big a few times but can only cut it to short once. Jos PM sent.

Can I get that center section of the dash about 2 " all the way around the indent where the radio mounts for the earlier quoted price of $30? I will also pay shipping cost to 04106

Re: Cabs for patch panel cuts

I sold that particuler peice but I have some more trucks not on site. If there is one that the rest of the dash is damaged or rotted I will sell you that part for $30 plus shipping. It was $12 to ship the big peice. It will be less to you as it will be smaller and lighter and you are closer. I'm hopeing to go there tomorrow to check some other stuuf and grab a door handle for someone I will let you know,if not tomorrow than Monday for sure

Not sure if I should start a seperate post or not but I took the back window out of the 68 in the pictures on page 1 and the whole area around the back windows is in extremly good condition if anybody has rot to fix in that area.

Re: Cabs for patch panel cuts

Just got the cab pieces today and all I can say is "WOW". The parts are in great shape and you did an excellent job engineering the box. The parts were seperated with egg crate foam and cardboard. The ends of the box where made of wood panels that the cardboard was screwed and taped too.

Thanks soo much!

Re: Cabs for patch panel cuts

Ok I'll be generous when I cut it,how about $10 plus whatever it takes to ship. Mostly to pay for the effort to cut and package. If that sounds ok, I can send you a picture later, year shouldn't matter ,should it?
