Extended cab S-10's have two piece driveshafts, the regular cabs have one piece units.

any more progress?
I saw you mention in another thread that you were gonna use a harness from fuel injection specialities. You mind telling how much their harness are? I assume you're getting trans wiring too?
thanks

Re: Project "Poison Ivy" 54 GMC

The engine and tranny harness come together... I have around a grand wrapped up in the harness and reprogramming the computer... I have made a little more progress... Exhaust is run, fuel tank is back in, air tank mounted and lines run, tranny cooler mounted and connected... I just have to get the truck and chassis to the hot rod shop so we can swap the tin... I will post some pics later..

Now those must of been the days.... I wish we had that kind of art on our planes today, but of course someone would complain and we would have to take it off.... Thanks for sharing.

Unfortunately this project has been laying dead! The shop is super busy (good thing) and we are traveling all over the country going to shows.. I got rid of the 64 so I need a driver for the summer.. I am itching to get rolling on it again! Stay tuned..
