The truck looks great! Any reason to use the Blazer rear bumper? I'm in the market for a new rear bumper, and was just wondering what's the difference.

Bigglass the blazer rear bumper and the truck sport bumpers are the same.

I started the holiday weekend off with removing all the old AC stuff, leaking valve covers, air cleaner, and radiator. The evaporator was new so it was reused along with the hoses. New compressor, dryer, parallel flow condenser, blower motor, and new fan clutch were installed with the correct green O-rings. The system pulled down great and held vacuum at 29in overnight. I followed that up with new valve covers, air cleaner, and a little detail in the engine bay. Nothing over the top but my main goal was just clean and presentable. Any finally charged the system with 134a and quickly had 45 degree vent temps idling in the driveway on a humid 85 degree day. I should see 42-45 temps driving. This brings this stage to completion and should have the full truck finished this week.

I’m down to the last piece of the project. I decided to go ahead and change out the front bumper with a new one. Along with new hardware this went real quick and suprisingly lined up extremely well.

And to officially bring this project to completion, a final detail followed by a hand wax. I’m real pleased with final look but ready to move on to another.

Truck turned out very nice. I wish I could afford to take it off your hands! LOL, just not in the cards right now.

Another one gets hit out of the park. I have loved them all, but this one ranks in the top three. I'm not a big fan of cowl hoods, but this one wears it well. I think its the dropped center that I like better. :metal:

Is that the new wheel of choice or are you going back with the TT2?

I'm not sure yet. I liked the Billet Specialties but something about the TT2 is just hard to beat on a truck.
