Here's a shot of my engine. They are Sanderson C 10 Headers. I'm pretty impressed with their fit. The serpentine belt setup is off of a 1993 5.7 Silverado. I'm going to get my frame painted within the next couple of weeks and then set my cab back on. I'm in the process of coating the bottom of the cab now with tintable bedliner.

Re: Show us your projects

I'm going to try and find the photos I took of the inside floor of the cab. I made some caps to cover up where the frame rails come up through the floorboard. I have two borla pro xs 2.5" inlet/dual 2.5" outlet mufflers that I plan to have installed within the next month or so. I'm planning to run two exhaust tips out each side between the rear of the cab and the front of the rear wheels. I found an emergency brake lever off of a late model camaro that I am going to mount on my shifter bracket to the right of my shifter. I think it will hook up to the stock 1977 e brake setup pretty easily. I'll post some pics when I do.

Here's a shot of my cab floor. The raised area covers the 1977 frame rails. It gives me the low stance look with the original suspension travel.

Since I haven't seen any pics of someone building one of these, I'll post mine. It's a 1955 short bus (REALLY short!) that I'm going to transform into a beater to run around to car shows in and piss off the local crying baby brigade.

I like the Impala dash. I did one in my 65. Did you do it yourself?

Yes. I did it myself.

A friend of mine once wanted to tint his windows to look like there were skeletons wearing old hats sitting in the vehicle when you looked at them at just the right angle. That would be really cool on this bus.

Here is my project. It will probably stay the way it is until I get finished with school and get some money saved up. Thinking that I will do an S-10 swap and a small block V8 and leave the body alone. Then whenever a kid comes along turn it into a project for them.

Nice looking truck. I like your plans for it also. Wish I would have done that; left my body alone.

Getting ready to Z the previously installed 75 Camaro subframe up 2 more inches. Rear is notched pretty large and I have a custom 4-link going together for it. Engine is fuel injected LS1, probably gonna be twin turbo'd. Plan is for a decent daily driver :)

This is the build and first fire of my now 16 year old son's '54 Chevy truck. The bed and grille are from the '54 my mom had when I was 8 years old in 1977.

No sound until it fires.

Then the first drive...

Great variety of projects here!

While we haven't started working on our '52 GMC yet, here's a couple of pics (posted in the welcome thread earlier)... once we get it home we'll start digging into it and seeing where we end up.
