yes, the radiator is made for our trucks. It is a 4 core alum radiator with dual elec fans, transcooler and mine I set up for my ls1 ( both inlet and outlet are on the pass. side). If your truck did not come with a 4 core rad. you will need the upper and lower bracket from a stock 4 core truck and they will fit the radiator. The part # for mine is 6-563ar-jax so if you want to look at it on there website and you can fine tune it more for your application (motor, transcooler) thanks for the complements.

well I bought a couple of parts and i thought i would share. first is a art big red 3/8'' manifold valves and second is the ride pro e3 electronic management system for my air ride. The bonus of this kit for me was I don't have to run all of the air line and wiring into my cab. It all goes to an ecu in the frame and a small multi-conductor cabe is routed into the cab to the controller that tells me everything i need to know.:metal:

I've been off this week so i have been able to work on my truck a little more than usual. so I figure I would try to eliminate some loose ends. I got the brake lines in the rear up to the front x-member complete. not sure how i'm going to run the fronts yet. made a bracket off of the trailing for my e- brake cable. installed my air tank, manifold valve and started on plumbing in the 1/2tubing for the air ride.

i've been able to work on my truck a little bit lately. I mounted my water seperator, finish bending and install all of the air lines to all four corners. i will hopefully soon get my fuel system taken care of and get started on cab repairs.

picked up a o1 camaro ls1 fuel tank today to use the fuel pump assembly in my fuel cell. I will have to modify my fuel cell for this to work. It would be awesome if i could use that whole tank and everything but it is to wide.

I know you've heard it a few times, but nice plumbing job!!! Couple questions though, could you show us the tool you used to fab such a large tube and are those all flared fittings, compression? Thanks in advance, this is a great post.

thank you for all the compliments

65 pickup: the tool i use to bend the tubing is a ridgid tubing bender for s.s. tubing. I used 1/2 s.s. x 036 (thickness)tubing for my lines. I used parker cpi s.s. single ferrull compression fittings for everything. I dont know max pressure rating but they are mainly used in process and instrumentation applications. the first pic is the bender and i put a piece of tubing in it to give you the idea and the second is the fitting i use opened up so you can see all the pieces.
