The right side was the stock 3 stud Sierra|Silverado manifold.
The manifold pictured with the ruler is a 2010+ Camaro manifold.

Raising the dead here... any chance the collector flanges and down pipes from a 5.3 Silverado would fit the TBSS manifolds? I see they both use a 3 bolt flange.

They're at least clocked very differently. I recall trying them, but I'm a little fuzzy on the results. I think though, that they do physically slide into place.

Personally, I was not a fan of the TBSS manifolds. I mocked up a set, but really didn't like the way the driver's side kicked out into the frame(truck in signature). I bought a used set of 2010-15 Camaro manifolds, and love the fitment of those.

A1971Blazer- that's a clean setup you have there. I wound up ordering the TBSS manifolds but I like the looks for yours better.

Going to bring this up again...

Anyone know if the 2017 Camaro manifolds will work on a '03 5.3?

Putting a 2003 Tahoe engine into my '71 C10 and found a nice pair of 2017 Camaro manifolds for cheap.

Has anyone used the Hedman cast manifolds?

Those manifolds will not work. The 2017 Camaro had the gen-5 "LT" engine, and was either the LT1 or the LT4. These had five bolts to hold the exhaust in place, instead of the six bolts that the LS engine used. The exhaust manifold is set up different too, because the ports are in a different position compared to the LS engines.

Thanks for the info, although that's a bummer. He only wants $30 for them.

We installed the Summit Racing brand cast manifolds on my brother’s ‘66 back
in September. Not the Hedman’s but damn near. They fit great and seem to be very good quality also. I can get a pic of them installed later. It’s currently his daily driver, zero issues..
