Re: 72 K5 Blazer Build

Alright finally home and ready to start doing some work again. I went out to Classic Heartbeat and bought some patch panels and am going to start working over the rust sections. I have a very good idea on how to approach this and work on it. But am curious about bracing and how much more to add or what not. Right now its on a rotisserie and has a brace going across the bedside and then braces in the door jams. I am going to start with rockers/floor extensions and work those areas on each side first. Then ill do complete blazer bed sides and finish with some rear bed floor repairs.

My question is am i ok to start cutting out rockers and some floor pieces without adding anymore bracing or should i do some extras since its on the rotisserie. Also once i start doing lineups on the rocker ill have to take the door brace off to attach the door and check lineup. And then Same with the bedsides ill have to take off braces to work those over. Im curious if i should weld some in on the inside and out of the way from the windshield frame down to the bed floor or anything to help me out.

Please give some opinion on bracing this thing off the help me along the process with causing more lineup issues.

Thanks
