How much for the heater block off plate in picture 15 to 30132? Also is it for a 64-66 truck?

I will check to see if I have a horn button, asking $50 for both plus shipping I would guess that shipping would be around $20 or so. the steering wheel will have cracks in it.

Unless the cracks are *very* small I'll pass as I've had poor luck with re finished steering wheels but that one looks just right for my truck .
