I love this truck! Been seeing pics in other places, like the T-shirt. I'll be watching.

Too cool, & you're doing a great job! Curious what high-temp silver paint you're using?

It's a Duplicolor high temp paint, I believe it's DE1650

Looks great Keith! I know you told me long ago but what flat black paint are you using on the chassis?

If it's a small area, Krylon Industrial semi-flat black 1613

Keith, what's the story on that paint booth set up? That'd be great for me...

Thanks

I made a bracket to hold the PCM under the dash using factory holes. I also modified the TAC module to bolt on the PCM so it's all together.

I modified the heater box to run my A/C and heater hoses and filled in the blower motor cover.

Have most of the front sheet metal back on, still a long way to go.

It's a 10x20 portable garage (basically a tent) with lighting on top and in the middle, we also put roofing paper on the floor to keep the paint off the concrete and since it's a little sticky it helps keep the dust down....very low tech but it works

I like to cover the wires coming out on the firewall so this time we tried something a little different than the last ones I've made. I started by making a aluminum ring that bolts to the firewall.

Then I used a blower motor cover off a 67 Nova and bolted it to the ring to hide the wires. I heat shrieked the wires later to make them look a little cleaner.
