But my first Super was this same color combo

WOW! That's awesome, I wish my GMC Sierra Grande had buckets and console. I painted mine back to original Dk. Blue/Med. Blue and love it.

So does that back slider have SS Trim? Can't tell if that is just the frame of the window or not.

As far as I know sliding window optioned trucks did not get SS trim.

That does seem to be the consensus but there also seems to be exceptions? Looking at the photo that Chevyland posted on his 1st Blue Cheyenne Super, that sure does look like SS Trim. Though don't know if that was a factory slider.

I magnified just the edge of his window on that truck he had before.

Blue has the trim, BUT, the slider is not factory and not on the spid.

While not on the spid my 72 has the SS trim on the rear slider . May have been dealer added.

Back in the 70s, D&W Auto Parts in Mayfield, used to install them for $69.99 plus tax. I had one put in the 68 I had at the time and they reused the SS trim. Assuming that if the truck didn't have it, it was not used.

That’s gorgeous! I’ve never seen that many two-tone blue ones but I really like it. Seeing the under hood picture makes me wish I’d kept some of the smog pumps that I chunked through the years. Again very nice ride.
