I'm open to doing that. Can you post a pic where you would want the cuts made?

I will get them in a few. Thanks

I think I might have everything except the headliner sections. But those parts are still in Nebraska. I'll check condition and get you a price later this month.

We're you able to get the items I need except for the headliner pieces. Lmk thanks
Dave.

Thanks for clarifying.

70cst10, based on the above, did you want the 72 set? Do you also want the spare tire cover? Let me know and I'll send a PM with payment info.

Let me double check that I actually need all pieces. Any pics of the spare tire cover? Thanks!

Spare tire cover might not be the best term....I'm not sure what it is called. The piece I was referring to is smallest piece shown in the first picture in post 27.

I'm tracking you now! Sorry I'm not responsive as much on here, only log on every so often and have notifications turned off. I'm going to hold off for now on the panels. Thank you so much for the info!

Thanks

Did you have any success this past weekend?

Re: Parting 1970 suburban

I apologize to everyone for my slow responses on this thread. Obviously, being 7 hours away from where the suburban is parked makes things difficult. And when I am visiting family (where the suburban is parked), it has been hard to find time to pull off parts. And then my work schedule has been hectic lately. I will be replying to everyone today either here or via PM.

Dave.

I have at least three bows in excellent condition. However, I ran out of time for removing them. I'll be back in 4-6 weeks and can have those at the top of my list to have removed. Regarding the dome light bracket you were interested in, the previous owner had a wooden shelf installed under the light, and I haven't removed the wood yet to see what's there.

Thank you for replying. I can wait till you can get back there, as I'm still in need of the parts.

Sending this back to the top. I am headed back to this suburban very soon, and I'm taking a battery powered cutoff wheel with me. Let me know if you need anything.

Did you still want all the parts you mentioned on the thread? I should be able to grab them this trip. I'll send a pm.

I might have misplaced these (not sure yet) but having an extra pair wouldn't hurt as long as it doesn't break the bank =)

How much do you want for the two barn door latch catches and the screws that hold them in? I dont need any sheet metal cuts.

If you are heading back that way with a cutoff wheel, and this section is not rusted out, would you be interested in selling the front section of the roof and top windshield section. Maybe straight across, 4 inches past the Suburban crease in the roof (or 4 inches back the top of the door jamb), and an inch or so down each a-pilar. I could use that on my build.

Ok, I would like $125 plus shipping for that. Message me you phone number, and I will text more pics and confirm everything before I make the cut.

Is this something you're interested in? It appears pretty rusty, as this truck has a lot of rust in general.

CG, I confirmed that those pieces were sold previously. I'm no help on those.

Personally, I don't think this is a good candidate. It has rust in the windshield header. Let me know if you still want it.
