Finally got a low profile flange fitting that clears the frame for my low mount compressor. I can now start plumbing. I don't know much about ac. Does it matter where I put the high and low fittings for charging the system?

I also got conformation from GM which port was input and output on the oil cooler. (I had to remove it as there was a conflict of space with the crossmember.)

I just found your build. Looking good! I'll be following along.

Finished up the plumbing for the A/C. I ordered a AC vacuum pump and gauge set. I'll attempt to charge the ac on my own when the time comes. Anybody have suggestions or approximations for the amount of oil and refrigerant I will need?
Reinstalled the interior and bolted on a stick. Not sure its the "one" but will work for now. I'll probably build one a little shorter and angled a bit toward the driver. It has bit more throw than I 'd like but I'll try it out for a bit before spending money on a short throw mount.Haven't decided on a boot to use yet.
Man the Dakota Digital is worth every penny. After a few minutes reading the instructions and downloading the app I configured the dash from my phone and have all the gauges reading correctly. When I put the truck in gear on the lift even the speedo operates.Time will tell if it is calibrated correctly.
I have brought the engine up to temperature a couple times. So far so good. The first fan comes on once it reaches its set point so I'm confident I have them wired correctly. I've burped a bunch of air out of the supercharger system.

Now to bleed the air out of the steering, clutch and brakes. I may actually hate bleeding brakes more than wiring!

While I am waiting for stupid winter to end I added a flex fuel sensor so I can can run E85. Once I get the tuning done I should see another 30-40hp. Engine bay is officially done. ...other than charging ac but as you can see I am in no rush to get that done. Hopefully in the next 2 weeks things will smarten up and I can begin tuning and getting the bugs out.
...wish I would have closed the hood :dohh:

I have a bunch of miles on the truck now. I have been using a remote tuner to tweak the stock tune for the headers and custom intake.Overall pretty happy with the progress. The T56 Magnum is shifting smooth and the 3.50 gears in the back seem to move the truck well. I am having a headache with the ac system. :confused:I have a new compressor, condenser and dryer with all new hoses. System holds a vacuum. I can't seem to get the low side to accept freon. I have no idea why. If anyone has ideas let me know. It's a month wait to get into a decent shop around here.

Turned out great! I still can't believe you got all that to fit with the factory A/C box on the firewall.

Thanks for the compliments guys!
Had a decent summer with the truck. Still have a bit more rubber on the rear tires than I would like.A couple of road trips got cancelled because of the smoke and then some bad weather. Still need to refine some things including the AC and how the engine responds when touching the clutch especially on fast down shifts. Other that that no issues at all.
Nice power and better fuel mileage than anything else I own!

Truck turned out great. I'm getting ready to do the same swap for a friend of mine. Would you mind telling me alittle about the fuel system like what size fuel line was used 6an 8an? Did you have to put a regulator inline to maintain 60 psi? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I used a pump from a CTSV designed for use with the LT4. I modified my tank to fit it. Surprisingly not that expensive. It has an internal regulator so there is no need to add another. I ran 3/8 stainless lines and 6an flex. The pump and connection at the engine are similar size.

Thanks for all the help we got a ZR1 pump for the LT4. I'm sure I will have more questions haha.
