Maxh, 3 inch belltech spindles, 1 coil cut off of original springs. McGaughtys rear flip brackets. With Cal-tracs. I have only got to drive It last night some, starting to think I may have went to far on the front, I cut most of the rubber bump stops off of the lower control arm. Man it rides allright but I seem to bottom out pretty harsh. I am hoping that replacing the rubber bump stops, may be trimming less, will take care of that. If not I may have to get another set of springs and trim a little less. I haven't had it at any real speed yet, but I could see where it has scrubbed the lower control arms some. At least I wasn't going real fast when it happened. I don't believe I've really hurt any thing yet.

When I bought it the guy had repainted it, I talked to a body shop guy and it's base and clear coat. I am lucky because the guy did a good job.

Maybe the original springs are just worn out. It may not bottom out with a set of new !' shorter springs.

Truck looks nice!

I have since replaced the rubber bump stops. On this set I still cut some off of the rubber, but only about a half of a inch. That has stopped the grinding so far. I took truck for a 80 plus mile road trip tonight, and now I only have some rubbing on the inner fender. I think that for right now I can live with it. Grill I got at a swap meet here local. I think it is just a cheap aftermarket grill though. One could check out the LMC book.

Randy that looks like it was a conversion truck from someone like Choo Choo Customs maybe. The lump on the hood, visor and duck tail spoiler with the paint sure looks like one. Any info on it?

Nice low mile 87, especially like that it came as a standard trans.
