Those mirrors look nice and fit your build theme. How's everything in OK?

We just had another kiddo about a month ago. We're doing the same. Just trying to keep up. Things have been super busy lately.

Started fooling with this again...not running yet, but pulled it out of the shop to get the inner steps bed-lined. I'm gonna work on the interior a bit.

Sometimes you just need a bit of a brake, glad to see your getting back at it.

Yep, summer was too damn hot...hard to get motivated.

Working with our interior guy...knocking out parts and pieces over the weekends for a bit. Got the lower door panels done...same tweed/pattern as on the seat.

Had some time Monday to finish Dynamatting the cab...tranny tunnel and up under the dash. I picked up the re-covered visors today...I like the look. :metal:

I see you're using a stock speaker box. Tried searching your thread for details but didn't find any on how you did the speaker(s), wiring etc. Any details you can share? Great build!

Thanks! We aren't installing a stereo in this, but I wasn't ready to close off the speaker box when we were working through the cab smoothing.

We may incorporate a back-up camera monitor in the box, but haven't decided that for sure yet.

Thanks. I had thought of putting a couple of gauges up there once but a back-up monitor/screen is a great idea. I'll keep an eye out to see what you do.

I just read through the whole build , Great Project , fantastic fab skills love the truck !

But if one were to name it or have a theme it would have to be something along the lines of Swiss Cheese , what with all the dimple dies and holes . I can see a Logo on the doors now :)

What a difference a Logo makes ...

Went from "ya it has potential" to "Cool" , "Was it a station truck ?" These were some of the comments it got a the local Chevy Show a year apart .

I've been holding off putting stock interior door handles on...just didn't do much for me. My son and I were playing around with ideas and designed these, we asked Mike's Billet Mirrors out of San Marcos, Texas (same guy that did our mirrors) to build these for us.

looks awesome, and a little intimidating for the pushcart car crowd, haha
have you done an alignment? maybe just the pics but wheels look toe'd out. that'll burn tires off fast if so.
