ya its a stock floor. we used 2x5 1/4 wall tube in the original frame to tie into the boxed Z section. cut some of the top of the frame to get it to fit in, and shaved the bottom of the frame off. the body mounts are still in the stock location.

here you can see the frame cut off level with the 2x5 tube and the pinch weld, after it was off the lift we added 1/2 plate for my dragging pleasure

I gotta tell ya man, every picture I see of your fab work leaves me in more amazement..... and a little jealousy ( one- I wish I had the talent you have; two- I wish I had a Blazer or Sub to work on currently) ;)

narrow the front end about 1 1/2" and u can u-turn about an inch off the ground (with 20's) 22's?????????????

i agree your welds are bad frickin ass NICE and looks like your control arms mite be narrowed already????? narrowed the arms on my burb works pretty good keep DOWN the good work

thanks guys i have updates im driving it now. i plan to take the motor out again to smooth the fire wall, but its been over a yr of work and i cant handle it, i have to drive it as much as possible!!!

thanks its been along time coming i love every second of driving this thing. the tank is a 20 gallon rci. the stock tank wouldnt go up between the frame. didnt want to spend the money but im glad i did, it looks killer.

Awesome progress. Did you mention tire sizes? I didn't see that anywhere.

Would it be possible to go back and fix your pics? If you upload them rather than link to your photobucket account they won't go away again.

tires sizes are 265/35/22 front and 305/40/22 rear.
