This is how winter is in Ca. There is snow in them thare hill some ware. nothing but sunshine and freezing 48 degrees in the mornings.

My old K10 now with my brother in Azle, Texas at his deer lease two weeks ago or so. A lot less snow versus Montana...

Maybe we can't see enough ground to tell. Roofs and roads are hard flat surfaces and grass is like hair sticking up from the scalp? I dunno but I've seen where snow sticks to the roads and roofs first because it just cooled off real fast and the ground stays warm longer.
