Re: 1964 C10 db on 22s
looking good man I like your project. in your opinion how difficult would it be to graft a 99-07 front stub into a 63-66 frame. and would I have to raise the trans tunnel. ive got a 66 2" spindle, 2" spring, 1.5" pancaked crossmember and I want to go lower with a static drop. im thinking of picking up another frame and starting over, because my ride quality is still like driving a 50 year old truck. ive Camaro clipped and put mustang 2's in trucks and my 99 sierra out corners and rides them all day.

Re: 1964 C10 db on 22s
Thanks guys. The front stub on this truck is out of a 2001 silverado but we had the 2x4 rails bent. Im not sure how hard that would be to get to fit the old frames. i can measure the front if you would like.

After a lot of thought and a little clearance issue with the 22s we made the decision to go ahead and build our own front end. It is really starting to come together.
