Well been sanding away on the truck, but we've had alot of rain and school has been busy too so ain't getting as much done as i would like. There's supposed to be a small retention pond behind my house but it decided to get a little high like 2 feet higher. Rigged up a pump and battery from my boat for a sump.

Been slakcing on the truck. racing season started so had to get that ready. wont be running all the races so frees up some time but 3 more weeks of school and a big test in each and then finals and i'll be rolling along hopefully. just been hectic as hell. painted the motor on the kart the same color i was thinkin on for the truck. it's bright but still thinkin on the range rover color but i need to price it. been hearing the house of kolor is real nice paint and great pigments and vividness but soft clear and doesn't do well to impacts. a factory color would stand up better to repairs. IDK/ also to top it off my sister backed into my impala in the drive way and totally killed the headlight fender and bumper cover and horn.:censored:

Almost done with school. Yeah! Got a final on monday and wednesday then done. Went to the swap meet today and lucked out on some parts. Was looking at a gauge cluster door glass and vent windows a guy had and was gonna try 30-40 for them and he said take all his 67 stuff for $30 so he didn't have to tell me twice. Ended up getting that stuff plus some taillight lenses, armrests, ignnition bezels, 2 glove box doors and some more stuff.

Yeah it's been busy but finished today. Got to go drop off the car to get fixed this week and drive the Yukon instead. Ain't looking forward to the gas mileage. Thinking i'm going with that Land Rover color though it is totallly different when you see it up close my only regret is that it's not metallic it's a pearl though.

Well Well Well, Not much progress been in the boat scene getting my bass boat rewired and trying to get my buddys salt-water boat back together. Car got fixed took 2 weeks and $2k but insurance picked it all up. Ordering up paint within the next few days. Going with the Land rover color as long as it doesn't break the bank.
