Only problem is the serpentine belt kit of the original LS1 - it is from a Camaro and does not clear the power steering. Any suggestions what serpentine belt kit will work?

Street Performance
Billet Specialties

Any other ideas?

Unless it's aftermarket, I would think either Corvette or the trucks?? I'm just guessing, I'm not extremely familiar with those engines. Looking good to me, by the way!!

Your truck build is looking great...Keep it up. I know it is harder having to wait on parts from over here to be shipped to Germany. Thanks for sharing your build with us!

Thanks! It took actually 4 month for all to arrive, and still sometimes missing some smaller parts that holds up the whole built. Working next on fuel and brake lines and also to repair the floors and smoothen the firewall.

Most guys have been running the truck accessories on the driver side, as it mounts the p/s and alternator higher.

Here is a link to another Dropmember build thread with an LS: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...y+point&page=5

Here's what I found:
http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcod...page=2&rows=50

It didn't specify Truck, and I believe the truck colors were under the Chevrolet category. You color looks like Desert Beige. The best thing about that chart is that it has the paint codes for many different paint manufacturers. That will be a big help when it's time to have the color mixed at the paint shop.

Hope this helps! By the way, the truck is looking great!

Little progress...we installed the bed and installed the front bumper. Started to clean the hood.. you can see nicely the difference between before and finished side.
