Ok well this update is little late but thought I should post. I ended up painting the driver fender and door. I'm hoping to have the cab painted this weekend but not sure. |

Well the back of the cab got painted this weekend along with the right fender. Finally feel like I'm getting somewhere. |

im gonna follow along too. I found a almost complete 68 3500 dually also, originally a big block but the motors pulled and its been sitting awile. I have a 283 i want to put in her to have me a running truck while i restore my 67

Ok, so i have been lagging on posting updates but the truck is finally all painted. i plan on starting to hang the doors and maybe the fenders next weekend. tomorrow i plan to coat the gas tank with a kit i got from POR-15. |

Well nothing too exciting to update on, front and rear windows are in. Most of the hardware is ready to hang the body panels some time during the week |

Didn't get as far as I wanted this weekend but had to put some time in on a new project that I just started. Probably will hang the fenders tomorrow if it doesn't rain. |

Finally, the front fenders are on. All the panels are fitting great couldn't be more happy to finally see it come together. |

Thanks guys for all the kind words. Finally got all the wiring done under the dash and put the gauges in. Hope to have the harness mostly done in the engine compartment by the end of today. |

Not much to show but the wiring harness is finished and the was able to hookup the battery and test everything, the only problem I'm having is the new turn signal switch is not canceling the flashers.

The armature is probably broken in the column. Or if it's a new napa(or aftermarket) the teeth don't reach I have had that problem. Looking greats though!

Finally it runs, got everything hooked up and broke in the cam. Today's plans are to change the oil and fine tune it.

Put the grill on yesterday and got all the lights working properly, still waiting for the clearance lights to come back from the chrome shops. Taking it out of the back yard tomorrow and driving it for the first time in 15 years. |
