I feel ya Bucks68!! My hands tremble when I hear the same statement!! The other dumb statement is "now all you need is paint"... If I had a dollar for every time I heard that, I'd be a very wealthy man!!! Hold on to the patina as long as you can..

I received a piece for my truck today that I have wanted for a long time, I just never took the time to order it. It's just a simple radiator cover from Joe Lutz at Hot Rod dynamics (joeelutz), but I think it will help clean up the look under the hood. Also messing around with the cold air intake. The last configuration caused a loss of signal from the MAF, so I moved it closer to it's original position in an effort to correct it. We'll see if it works. Anyway, tomorrow I'll have to do some trimming to get it to fit well and then scuff and paint it.

I have the same radiator cover on mine except mine has the dimple holes. Good luck on the sale of the truck, are you looking to step away for a while or get a different project like a Blazer or something?

That will really clean up the engine compartment!
